Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Welcome & Agreement

LogiqNote is licensed, not sold, to you. By accessing or using the LogiqNote app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the End User License Agreement (“EULA”), including Apple’s Standard EULA. If you do not agree to these Terms or the EULA, do not use the Service.

2. Licensed Use

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the Service on Apple-branded devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service, except as allowed by applicable law or open-source licenses. All intellectual property rights remain with LogiqNote or its licensors.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

LogiqNote offers auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features. Each plan includes unlimited meetings, notes, and AI insights:

  • Starter: $4.99/month – 500 minutes
  • Pro: $9.99/month – 1000 minutes
  • Premium: $19.99/month – 2000 minutes

Subscriptions are billed via your Apple ID account. Payment is collected at confirmation of purchase and automatically renews monthly unless canceled. Prices may vary by region.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions, including auto-renewal, at any time via your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past subscription periods.

4. Extra Minutes & Packs

Additional minutes can be purchased as Mini Pack (200 minutes for $1.99), Boost Pack (400 minutes for $3.99), or Max Pack (800 minutes for $6.99). Minute packs cannot be refunded and expire at the end of your current subscription period.

5. Account Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes all personal data, including notes, meetings, recordings, subscriptions, and app settings. This is not a temporary deactivation—your account will be immediately disabled and you will be logged out while deletion continues in the background. Depending on your data volume, deletion may take several minutes. During this time, you cannot access the app. Once deletion is finalized, you may create a new account. This action is irreversible. If you have a subscription, cancel it through Apple’s subscription management page.

6. AI & External Services

LogiqNote uses AI to generate content. Accuracy is not guaranteed, and the Service may make errors or omit details. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms; LogiqNote is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or services. Users assume all risk for reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Do not upload illegal, sensitive, or infringing content.
  • Respect third-party rights and comply with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. LogiqNote is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, AI errors, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to $50, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Privacy & Data

LogiqNote collects and uses data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data collection, storage, and processing as described.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved according to applicable local law. For users outside the U.S., disputes are resolved under local law where the user resides.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of LogiqNote constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Notifications may be provided in-app or via email.

12. References to Apple’s Standard EULA

These Terms incorporate Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, available here: Apple Standard EULA. By using LogiqNote on Apple devices, you accept both LogiqNote’s Terms and Apple’s EULA.
